For agencies | White-label development

White-label development. Built like in-house.

We become your dev team, under your brand. Custom WordPress and flat-file builds, plugin engineering, integrations and the technical complexity handled, while you keep the client relationship and the margin.

How it works

You sell. We build. You deliver.

PAN Communications and Matter Communications have run this model with us for years, on client builds from regional banks to robotics companies. Here is the shape of it.

You scope with the client

We join the discovery call if you want a technical voice in the room, or review the brief afterwards and return a build estimate within two business days.

You get

  • Line-item estimate you can mark up
  • Risk notes before you commit a price

We build in your workflow

An inbox at your agency, your Slack or Teams, your Asana or ClickUp. Status updates in your words, on your cadence. Design handoff in Figma, code in a repo you or the client own.

You get

  • Weekly progress note you can forward
  • Staging links on your domain if you prefer

You present, we support

We never contact your client unless you invite us to. When you do, we introduce ourselves as part of your team. Launch day, redirects, DNS and the nervous Monday after: handled.

You get

  • Launch checklist and post-launch report in your brand
  • Optional care plan you resell or we run on your behalf
Engagement models

Start small. Grow when it works.

Most partnerships begin with one project. Hour buckets and embedded arrangements come later, once the fit is clear. Pricing is agreed per agency and stays stable.

Pilot project

Fixed scope

One build, one landing page system, one migration. A fixed price against a written scope.

  • Estimate within two business days
  • NDA and non-solicit signed first
  • Weekly updates in your tooling
  • Launch support included
Propose a pilot

Embedded developer

Dedicated

A named technical lead on your team: agency email, client calls, architecture decisions, vendor management.

  • Agency inbox and calendar
  • Joins client and vendor calls
  • Owns technical scoping and QA
  • Quarterly planning with your leads
Discuss embedding
Guarantees

What “white-label” means here.

NDA and non-solicit, signed first

Your paper or ours. Your clients are never approached, listed or named without written consent.

Your brand on everything

Reports, staging sites, launch checklists and emails carry your name. We are “your developer”.

Same senior developer, every time

No bait-and-switch after the sale. The person on the scoping call is the person building the site.

No portfolio use without consent

Agency client work stays off our site. The case studies here name only direct clients and partner agencies.

Your tools, your cadence

Slack, Teams, Asana, ClickUp, Basecamp. Status updates on the day you promised the client.

Code the client can own

Repositories are transferable. If the relationship ends, nothing is held hostage.

From agency partners

In their words.

Nick is one of, if not THE, best freelance developers I have ever worked with. His ability to seamlessly communicate technical requirements to internal and client teams alike is incomparable.
Chris Nardone
Vice President, Integrated Marketing, PAN Communications
Having worked with Mountain Air Web on bringing countless web projects to life, I can say without hesitation he is precisely the type of person you need on a team.
Marc Checket
Creative Director, Matter
He has been a constant support system for our client running the new site migration and their web maintenance program. He is an expert in his craft and has incredible patience with internal staff to support their many (many) questions.

Questions agencies ask

Before the first project.

How much capacity do you actually have?

One senior developer, AI-assisted on the repetitive parts, with a small bench of trusted designers and writers for overflow. We take on a limited number of agency partners so each gets real priority. If we can’t meet a date, we say so at scoping, not at launch.

What time zone are you in?

Pacific (Campbell River, BC). Most partner agencies are on the US East Coast, and we keep overlapping hours with them every day.

Hourly or fixed price?

Fixed price for defined builds and migrations, hour buckets for ongoing work. Either way the estimate is written so you can mark it up and present it.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

The client, through you. Repositories, hosting and domains are set up in the client’s name or yours, never ours.

What happens if Nick is unavailable?

Planned absences are announced early and covered by a trusted senior developer for critical issues. Monitoring and patching are automated. Documentation and access live with you, not in one person’s head.

Can we white-label MawGeo and Granite?

Yes. Both are built to be offered under your brand, with reports and dashboards carrying your name. Resale terms are agreed in writing.

Ready to move beyond theme limitations?

We’ll review your current setup and map out a build, migration or AI-visibility plan in a free 30-minute call.
