Mountain Air Web (“we”) is a web development studio in Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Email. When you email us, book a call or request an audit we receive what you send: name, email address, company, website address and your message. It is kept in our mailbox and project records so we can reply and do the work.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes IP addresses and device information under Google’s privacy policy; we use it with Google Signals and advertising features switched off, and we do not load advertising trackers. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Booking. The “book a meeting” widget is provided by Morgen. Information you enter there is handled under Morgen’s privacy policy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry or deliver the audit you requested.
- To keep a record of correspondence about a project.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a newsletter list unless you ask.
Retention

Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nick@mountainairweb.com. We respond within 30 days.
Client site data
Information on websites we build or maintain for clients belongs to those clients and is handled under their policies and our agreements with them. See the Trust page for how we handle access and security.
