WordPress on WP Engine

We are a WP Engine Agency Partner. Your hosting contract stays in your name; our agency account gives your site faster tier-2 support, staging and dev environments, and automated plugin updates with visual regression checks.

Flat-file sites on managed Grav hosting

Sites built with our kit run on a hardened VPS we manage in Canada, with daily backups and git-based deploys, or on your own infrastructure if IT prefers.

Care plans, answered.

Can you take over a site you didn’t build?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code, plugins, hosting and access, fix anything urgent, and then run it under a plan. Many of our care clients came to us from another agency.

What happens to unused hours?

Hours are set in the agreement. Most plans include a monthly bucket for changes and small requests; on larger agreements unused hours roll over one month. Anything bigger than the bucket is quoted as a project before we start.

Is hosting included in the price?

Hosting is billed by the host (WP Engine) or by us (managed Grav) and shown separately, so you always see what you pay for.

What if Nick is unavailable?

Monitoring and virtual patching are automated and keep running. For planned absences a trusted senior developer covers critical issues, and your access and documentation mean nothing is locked to one person.
